Abstract

Due to its advantages for human health, flavanoids found in plants are a significant issue to consider. Flavonoids are a class of polyphenolic compounds that have been created for use as bioactivities and antioxidants. The avocado plant, particularly its byproduct, avocado skin, is one of the plants identified as having flavonoids. Finding the total flavonoid content of avocado peel extract was the goal of the study. By macerating avocado peel with methanol as the solvent, avocado peel extract was produced. Flavonoids are present in the extract's result at a level of 0.0463%
