Background, Post Partum is the period that begins after the birth of the placenta and ends when the uterus returns to its normal state before pregnancy, which lasts for 6 weeks 42 days. Breast engorgement is a condition where the breasts experience a temporary increase in volume or size which can cause pain and can affect breast milk supply. Purpose, the aim is to find out the results of applying breast care to express breast milk in post partum mothers with breast swelling. Method, descriptive research type with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through studies, interviews, observation and documentation. The Result, of the assessment, it was found that both patients complained that their breast milk was not coming out smoothly and their breasts appeared to be enlarged. The nursing diagnosis that emerged in both patients was ineffective breastfeeding related to inadequate breast milk supply. In both patients, breast care was carried out. After being given breast care measures twice a day in the morning and evening for 30 minutes, for 3 days both patients felt calm, relaxed and comfortable, thus increasing breast milk production. Conclusion, Applying breast care twice a day in the morning and evening for 30 minutes for 3 days, Mrs. R and Mrs. S feel calm, relaxed and comfortable, thereby increasing breast milk production.
