Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Self Care Pasien Tubercolosis Paru
Abstract
Background: Diarrhea is a major problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. Diarrhea can last Background: Tuberculosis is one of the oldest infectious diseases caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis most often and is one of the biggest causes of death in the world. The general aim of this research is to determine the factors that directly or indirectly influence self-management behavior in TB patients. This research uses a cross sectional design. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 34 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi square test. The results showed that Knowledge p=0.001<p=0.005, Attitude p=0.001<p=0.005, Age p=0.03<p=0.005, Housing Condition p=0.04<p=0.005, indicating that there is a relationship between factors of knowledge, attitudes, access and behavior of health workers with the level of independence in self-care for TB patients in the Mamajang Community Health Center Working Area.
